SZSarasota takes the security of child, family, and staff data seriously across every enrollment, ratio, and billing system we deploy.
Our Approach
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
- Access control: Role-based permissions ensure a teacher, director, or office admin can only view records relevant to their role.
- Minimum necessary access: Child records are scoped to the classroom and staff directly responsible for that child's care.
- Payment security: Card payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers; we never store raw card numbers on our own servers.
